Cloth Placed on Kennels to Lessen Heat and provide protection for the

animals ---Grass mowed, weeds cut, possibly some plants planted, etc.

--- Cleaning of the Kennels plus walking and exercising the animals ---

Power Washing the Kennels --- Removing Animal Stuff (euphemism for

poop) --- Bathing and Grooming Animals --- Making Certain All Animals

Have Collars and Tags --- Miscellaneous Chores and Projects That Will

Likely Arise…Arrive at the rescue at 10:00 a.m. Perform needed

tasks. Eat a delicious complimentary vegetarian lunch. Commune with

You know those old jeans and/or coveralls that are too ugly to put in

your closet. BRING THOSE! Also, gloves (hopefully heavy cotton), a

hat, a jacket, sunglasses, a large container of water, a snack and

sunscreen.WHAT DO YOU PROVIDE: One of the most rewarding days of your life – the

opportunity to provide care, welfare and maintenance to an organization

devoted to abandoned and forsaken canines and felines. WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

Anyone who is totally committed to animal protection, or if you are in

the developing stages of compassion, this one’s for you. Through deed

and action, such as that shown through this volunteer day, your care

and concern grows and enriches your life. REQUIREMENTS: You

should be in reasonably healthy condition as you will be walking,

lifting, moving and performing various tasks. You MUST be 12 years of

age or older to attend. Please fill out the attached participation

form and waivers.Bringing Help and Welfare to the Animals is One of the Richest Experiences in Life….!!!!!Spend

the day with a bunch of animals, share the experience with other
