New Restaurant in Lewisville: Vegetarian and Vegan Fare

So, I've never posted a restaurant review, but this place deserves one!

 

If you're craving "home cooken," check out this place ASAP. Food is local, so menu varies daily, but dishes are recipes from European countries. They employ both a vegetarian and a vegan chef, and are open to suggestions from patrons for new recipes.

 

Fresh European: www.fresheuropean.com (located off FM 3040, right passed Ace Lane, before you enter the Town of Flower Mound).

 

It is so inspiring to see a vegetarian and vegan fare restaurant opening up in North Dallas. They are environmentally proactive, too! I actually slammed on my brakes driving passed their grand opening sign -- if a restaurant like this can survive in Lewisville, that's a sign of true hope for the future.

 

Make the drive, leave with a full stomach -- and don't forget to bring your own take-away container for leftovers.
