Margaret Morin kindly pointed out that the new Dallas animal

ordinances state that it is illegal to:

 

Sell,

raffle, auction or give away any live animal as a prize or as part of a

fundraising event

 

Hicks is in Frisco, but we can point out the Dallas

ordinance and encourage the school and district o follow this lead.
