CCFJ City Council Meeting for December

Jenny SupportersCCFJ asks Jenny Supporters to be at Dallas City Council on these Wednesdays in December:December 3 from 2 P.M. to 4 P.M.December 10 from 9 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.City Council will not meet any other day in December so CCFJ will not be at City Council except for Dec 3 and 10.Jenny

needs each of us to support her retirement to The Elephant Sanctuary.

 

REMEMBER: Jenny is suffering NOW

There are elephants in desperate circumstances and in chains in

roadside zoos, traveling circuses, and in the hands of woefully inadequate

private owners. CCFJ proposes that the City of Dallas offer the four

acre habitat that won't be built for a long time to two or

three of these poor elephants in

extremely dire straights and let Jenny go to the Sanctuary today! This

is a

reasonable and compassionate option in which everyone wins. The two North American sanctuaries can not accommodate the 300 elephants on our continent and although four acres is inadequate for elephants, it is still better than being chained for life in a roadside circus. Jenny is lucky to have been accepted at TES as not many elephants are.Why make

Jenny languish away her life in a tiny enclosure at the Zoo when she

could have 300 acres and companions at The Elephant Sanctuary today?
