International Animal Law: The Current State of Affairs: Bruce Wagman is a partner at Schiff Harden in San Francisco and Chief Outside Litigation Counsel of the Animal Legal Defense Fund. He is the co-author of Animal Law, the first casebook for animal law courses. Practicing Animal Law in Texas: Updates on Current Statutes and Cases: Don Feare and Randy Turner are two experienced animal lawyers whose cases have covered every aspect of animal law. In addition to their practices, Mr. Feare and Mr. Turner volunteer their time on pro bono cases and animal welfare issues. U.S. Animal Law: What to Expect from the Obama Administration: Matthew Liebman is an attorney with the Animal Legal Defense Fund and is currently co-authoring a book on international animal law with Mr. Wagman. 2009 Legislature: Outcome of Animal-Related Legislation: Skip Trimble is a long-time animal advocate who has been involved in the Animal Legal Defense Fund, the Animal Protection Institute, the Dallas Animal Shelter Commission, and the Metroplex Animal Coalition. Through his work with the Texas Humane Legislation Network, Skip is directly involved with drafting pro-animal legislation and working for its passage in the Texas legislature. Animal Experimentation in a World of High Technology: Arthur LaFrance is a law professor at Lewis and Clark Law School, where his specialties include health law, bioethics, and poverty. He has published and presented in numerous forums on health related issues, including those related to human and animal rights. Dog Fighting in Houston: Successful Investigation and Prosecution: Belinda Smith, assistant Harris County District Attorney, talks about the raid on the largest undercover dog fighting operation in the country.
