NRH will also be offering city tags at a reduced rate The city of North Richland Hills requires all dogs & cats RESIDING WITHIN the city limits be registered with the city. City tags will be available for only $7 regardless of the animals status (altered or intact). The regular charge for registering an unaltered animal is $26. THIS APPLIES TO CITIZENS OF NRH ONLY.
