Vegetarian Food Drive for the Poor Bring Non-Perishable Vegetarian Food

with you to Veggie Garden on 12/27/09 from 11:25 AM - 12:45 PM* and give to Margaret Morin, who will deliver to the Richardson food pantry

Please bring canned fruit/vegetables/beans and/or factory sealed cereals/ flour/rice/dried beans that are within the perishable or "use by" date. The food bank won't accept food that has been opened (not factory sealed) or food that is old/out of date.

 

Please bring factory sealed packages of dog and cat food.

 

Please do not bring frozen food; fresh fruit/vegetables/bread; or meat/meat products for Human Use (as it is against the principles of our organization).

 

NOTE: Food for Human Use should be vegetarian, but does not have to be vegan
