Guest guest
See below NPR radio programming schedule for Christmas. Please note that David Sedaris is a Jenny supporter. He advocated for Jenny's retirement to The Elephant Sanctuary to his audience when he was a special presenter at SMU in the Spring, 2009. When he autographed his books at SMU, he also included a little drawing of Jenny going to TES. If you are not in D/FW, you may listen to KERA on-line. Please email KERA and thank them for broadcasting Mr. Sedaris' very funny monologue. It will help Elephant Jenny if you willl also remember to mention that while speaking at SMU, Mr. Sedaris supported Jenny's transfer to The Elephant Sanctuary while he was in Dallas, where she still deserves to go despite the Zoo's grinchesque insistance that she remain in her less than 1/4 acre jail cell, serving life in prison for no crime. Happy Holidays to all (including dear Jenny). Remember, the Dallas Zoo counts on our giving up and forgetting about Jenny. That is their stategy. If we give the Dallas Zoo what they want and count on, we hurt all animal causes everywhere. Thank you.
