Chef Jeanette is writing a cookbook! Crosby owner and executive chef Jeanette Prasifka is working on a cookbook featuring some of your (and her) favorite vegan recipes and she's looking for some volunteer recipe testers.

Friends and clients have long requested that Chef Jeanette publish a cookbook, so she's finally decided to share some of the recipes she's been perfecting over the years.

In order to be sure that the recipes are understandable and replicable, she's looking for folks to try out some recipes and let her know how they are.
