MAC Groups and E-groups Subscribers:There is an excellent article on the ASPCA Web site about how to report animal cruelty that we wanted to share with you.While some of the laws apply to the state of New York or New York City, most of it is common sense and standard in most parts of the U.S. and is excellent information. I would encourage you to circulate it to your groups and volunteers and become familiar with it so you might know what to do when you encounter a situation of cruelty. We can never be armed with too much information when animal lives are in peril.
