Guest guest
Hi there, This is my favorite breakfast tofu recipe and I think it's quite program friendly. I used to have it several times a week before my thyroid quit her job. (The doctors I've seen have different opinions regarding the effects of soy on thyroid desease so I prefer to avoid it altogether -just in case). Grind together in a coffee grinder: 2 tbsp sesame seeds 12 almonds Mix that powder with a cup of tofu, 1 banana and some drops of sugar free natural vanilla flavoring, and blend it (I prefer to do it with a hand blender). It's so tasty, smooth but still crunchy with little chunks of almonds... I love it! Hope you find it useful.
