Vegan is good for explaining bothe veggie and vegan lifestyles and really made a

difference to the way i think! A great book!

Thanks for the suggestions. Indian food really appeals to me. I have a

few of the American 'Radiant Vegetarian' type books (not related to the

programme) and tried a great recipe with millet last night...I had no

idea that when I started this programme I would be learning to cook

properly!
