Hi to all,

I have recently joined this group. My husband and I have been sugarfree

for 5 1/2 years. When we first started PnP/YLD we didn't think it was

possible. This program WORKS! We prefer to eat little meat but worry

about getting enough protein. We have BIG bodies. I have tried tofu and

soybeans, but don't like them. I like bean and rice combos but worry

about not getting enough protein without the addition of meat or

cheese. I like cheeses and nuts but we are trying to stay away from

fat. I am looking foward to getting lots of ideas from the group. Connie
