Guest guest Posted February 28, 2006 Report Share Posted February 28, 2006 hello there, i'm solid with my breakfast, i eat a protein shake every morning...it consists of soy protein powder, (i need to try other kinds as i suspect that i'll be eating tofu for other meals and i know that eating too much soy on a daily basis isn't good), two scoops of oats, about 1 1/2 cups of milk and a serving of the orange flavored fish oil that is sold in the radiant recovery store.
