Guest guest
Hi guys, I'm not so fond of commercial indian food but love the spices. I came across a recipe which is really easy to make and just lovely. You have to cook one onion till it is translucent and mix it with a bit of marmite and a spoon of curry paste. In go the chickpeas and voila ... dinner/lunch is ready.I had it with brown rice and celery. If you can't get marmite I think any kind of vegestock will do. Guest guest
Oh, I remember Marmite from my au pair days in England. I tried it once and I grimaced so hard I was afraid my face would either stay like that forever or fall off. <grin> But the rest sounds yummy. I often put chickpeas in curry dishes too.
