Guest guest
For the past several years have fallen for Nut's. Just love Almonds & Cashew's. Hazel & Peanuts Nut's are ok. Can't stand Walnuts, Pecan's, or Pine Nuts. I also can't stand " salted nuts " and must wash them off or not eat them. Theres not a shortage of salt in the US or in peoples diets so why add so much to such a sacred food. So the point I'm driving twords is how many nuts count as a protein? When I first started the program at no more the 20 nuts at a serving. Over the past couple of years, used the handfull method. How many nuts should one eat at a serving? Guest guest
Would you be relying on nuts as your primary protein source? That sounds kinda scary to me. Guest guest
Just had to share. One of the Natural Food Markets where I shop for breakfast changed their pricing recently on their Soy Nuts. The Salted Soy Nuts were $2.99/# and the Un Salted were $2.30/#. An extra $.66/# for salt, which I did not want or need anyway, that was a BE Raiser & a BP (Blood Pressure Lowerer) for me....
