Guest guest
Well, I was making cheesy nut loaf for lunch yesterday and in the process of making it I stumbled across a great idea for a program friendly desert. I processed 100 g of cashews, 70 g of brazil nuts and 100 g of almonds in the blender and then I added some cooked brown rice (3 tablespoons) and blended it a bit more. Scooping it out of the blender I tried a bit and It tasted so good that I decided not to use the whole amount for the loaf but to make little balls and roll them in coconut flakes and refrigerate to have as desert after lunch. It was yummy. Mika

Guest guest
Mika, That sounds so good, what type of coconut flakes do you use. When I'm at the store sometimes it's hard to choose the right coconut flakes?
