Glad you found breakfast that works for you. For me breakfast is and always has been the foundation of my program. There are some vegetarian program friendly recipes in the files, but I am afraid most of them do contain soy or nuts. I'll try to find some more that don't. Do you eat eggs and dairy? I got some great advice from RR, I like the nutribiotic rice protein shake. Thank goodness! it's what makes it work for me.
