I'v been on the program since January, and am working on step 4.

Because I eat both breakfast and lunch at work, I'm always looking for

products that don't require cooking or refrigeration. I just recently

found packages of these beans at the store. They look like they're

freeze-dried. To prepare them, I put them in a cup and add hot water

and then let them sit a few minutes. I tried them the first time

today and was surprised at how good they are. They have seven grams

of protein, ten grams of fiber and no fat at all per 1/3 cup dry

serving. Makes a nice addition to lunch (or even to breakfast if

you're into non-traditional breakfast). :-)

Thanks to all of you for all the wonderful recipes and menu ideas.

Hi Pati, what a great find!!! Those would work really

well as an addition to on the go meals.
