Guest guest Posted March 15, 2006 Report Share Posted March 15, 2006 I could not decide what to eat for lunch and was walking all around town, keep my BE's in line. At the last possible min decided to go to the Whole Foods Market Salad Bar. It was like going to food Disneyland. For Breakfast had some shredded wheat with milk and " two scoops " of protein powder. At first I did not like protein powder, but now I kind of like it. Also started with my vitaman. Started out with some mixed greens, then added some lentil salad, some brown rice, some garbanzo's, some kidney beans, and some wonderful tomatoes. It cost me about $10, but it was such a good treat, felt really good until dinner. Figured it was a full moon so why not, can't argue with that logic???? For dinner my wife made me stir fried veggy's with tofu, along with a rice combo. We had 3 different bags of leftover rice, mixed them up and it was so wonderful We also made mustard from scratch. My family just loves to watch me cry from the mustard.... Also had tons of water too. Cant wait for my spud. Oh well today was a really great food day. Just wanted to share.
