soy products/protein powder

Hello everyone,

 

Why are we supposed to have soybased products only once per day? I rely

on Tofu quite a bit as a protein source since I don't eat dairy or eggs.

I am also looking for a good, very low fat (have gallbladder problems)

protein powder. I have a hemp-based powder at the moment and don't mind

it, it just makes everything green. :)

Hi Christine, I believe the soy only once

a day thing is because of it’s hormones. Too much is a bad thing.

Have you tried the George’s Jr. in

the Radiant Recovery store? It’s delicious!

 

Hemp based protein powder, never heard of

that!
