Guest guest
Val, I just wanted to thank you for posting this recipe. I made it last night to take as a side dish to someone's house for dinner, and not only was it a complete hit with everyone, but it also helped make sure I had enough protein with the meal. Since it called for 1/2 onion and 1/2 cucumber, I doubled the recipe (to use up the whole onion and cucumber), so I have enough left over ( " planned over " ) to munch on all weekend. I really like the combination of flavors. Thanks! Sharon in CA --- Val <vjlawren wrote: > I got this from " The Splendid Table.
