Good Morning:

 

A little background. My name is Beverlee and I have been

working on this program for a very long time. I am firm step 3, vitamins step

4, introducing potato, firm step 5. Weak in the journaling area.

 

Recently the consistency and taste of meat, other than

barbecued has made it hard to swallow my protein.

 

I would like to get a firm foundation of recipes with 23 gm.

Of protein per meal so I can slowly switch some of my meals out of the meat

category.

 

Yet another journey on this program.
