Welcome to the Radiant Vegetarians Group.

 

Hope your not doing 1-5@ once. If you've been taking your time that sets the

body up for

healing. Journaling is very important and theres Great Wisdom and many hidden

things

which you can find. You might want to purchase a journal from the store. It's

really a

Great Workbook. When I first started put all the information in a Word

Document, but

found I had to be near a computer to input, I bought the journal and it's goes

everywhere.

 

Going off meat took me about 6 months and it's been 4-5 years now. It was a

gradual

process and can't even begin to think about backtracking. It's more import to

do the food

program right then stress about going veggy.
