hello beverlee, i joined this group for the same reason. i'm struggling with animal products and am trying to incorporate more vegetarian meals into my diet. i need about 25 grams of protein per meal. so far what i've done is kept my breakfast the same. i eat a protein shake every morning which is vegetarian. and then i'll eat either a veg. lunch or a veg. dinner. than way, for now, i'm eating one non-veg meal per day. i'd love to convert fully but i need to find more recipes.
