I'd expect it at vegans uncensored, not Vegan UK.

Hi Sharon:

I come with some baggage, I cannot eat wheat, corn or white or wild rice.

I tried a great veggie shepherds pie last night. Quite an involved recipe

but delicious.

I think it will be accumulating favorites and incorporating some real fast

ones.

We run a small coffee house and fresh food café so have lots of recipes,

just need the time to be organized and cook. Plus my DH isn't all that keen

on being totally vegetarian. So will have to work on it.

I felt amazing having not eaten meat last night. No headache this a.m.

hello

hello beverlee,

i joined this group for the same reason. i'm struggling with animal

products and am trying to incorporate more vegetarian meals into my diet. i

need about 25 grams of protein per meal. so far what i've done is kept my

breakfast the same. i eat a protein shake every morning which is

vegetarian. and then i'll eat either a veg. lunch or a veg. dinner. than

way, for now, i'm eating one non-veg meal per day. i'd love to convert

fully but i need to find more recipes.

Beverlee,

Just keep taking the program one step @ a time. Theres no rush to become

anything but

solid on the program. My DW would really like it if I started eating the

_______ again, it's

just not who I am anymore.
