I have decided to get sugar out of my life and picked up " The Sugar

Addict's Total Recovery Program " today and saw I could find a support

group.

 

I do eat eggs, cheese and fish. Am I in the right place?

Well, I hope I have done breakfast right. Normally I would have a cup of coffee (no sugar) and some grapes or berries. Then let a couple hours go by and fix eggs and a piece of toast usually.

 

I think I have this much from the book so far. There is to be no snacking or "grazing" so I fixed two eggs, one piece of oatmeal toast, and about ten grapes with one cup of coffee (no sugar).

 

I'm planning 6 oz of tuna with spinach salad for lunch when lunchtime comes.

Normally with tuna, I would eat half that amount.

 

Dinner I could have some beans. I have some l5 or l6 bean soup beans made up. How much do you figure in for beans as a protein? I have to read the book now thoroughly. I had just glossed over it last night.

I have to go out and buy potatoes today and some brown rice cakes....for apparently rice cakes will do in a pinch and I will be out working tonight but just only twice a week.

 

I am going to read the journaling to get started with it. Thanks for your reply.
