What step of the program are you on? Sounds to me like you may be trying to do

everything at once? If your on step #1 then it's breakfast with protein (size

of your fist)

within one hour of waking up (or feet touching the ground) in the morning).

 

I worked on step #1 for about 1.5 months. Never really ate breakfast prior to

that (just

like in the book SARP).
