We have both decided to start this program together for it is " like mother like daughter " when it comes to a sweet problem. I eat eggs, some little cheese and fish. I can't eat much dairy because of an intolerance to casein but soy doesn't bother me at all. Looking forward to learning more about this program and being here with all of you.
