I feel so much clearer headed.

 

I did eat one of the bigger potatoes last night and dreamed I was

taking off in a flying saucer. There were simply hardbacked dining

room type chairs in the center of the saucer for passengers and I was

somewhat worried about sliding out but it wasn't that scary and

pretty interesting, actually!

 

I used to go to a chiropracter in Miami, Florida who was way up in

his 80s and still practicing. He told me I should eat a potato every

day because they have so many minerals and are so good for you. He

said he eats them daily. So many of the diets restrict potatoes

nowadays though so when I saw this potato a day it really appealed to

me.

 

I am going to look for the C.D. Kathleen has recommended to me.

 

What is the rule about coffee? Do we eventually go off it too?

If so, I know I can't yet. Janice

Hi Janice, the recommendation (we have very few " rules " here LOL)

about coffee is not to try to go off of it until after step 6, and

then to taper off gradually. There are lots of places where you can

get more information about that when the time comes but it's not

anything you need worry about now.
