Guest guest Posted April 22, 2006 Report Share Posted April 22, 2006 Any recipes ?? I dont know what to do with tofu, but it may be really useful as a protein alternative. I am in UK. Have access to 2 types - smoked tofu, which is much firmer, and plain, slightly more wobbly. I have tried this and had trouble cooking with it as doesnt hold its shape at all well. any ideas would be lovely as I would like to widen my lunchtime range of foods particularly. thanks mosaic Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
