My mother, Janice, and I had been breakfast protein eaters, so we didn't have to work so hard on that one. And my mother had gone whole grain this whole past two years, so that helped too. I am having a hard time sticking to just three meals a day, but am working hard on it. I still have not been able to give up sugar completely.
