Guest guest
Kiran, The cranberries might be a trigger food for you, just something to consider, which may be helpful. Dried Fruit was a spike for me. Bob , Kiran Agarwal <kiranagarwal2 wrote: > > Hi Shellie, I have not been able to come to 3 meals per day. Guest guest
Dear Bob, Can you elaborate more about "cranberries might be a trigger food for you"? How did you stop being dependent on dried food? KiranShellie Blumenfield <shellieh222 wrote: Bob, You are right. Raisins were a spike for me. Guest guest
Kiran, Your on step #1, breakfast with protein within one hour of waking up is the right step at this time. Later in the program dried fruit raisons, cranberries, figs, etc are concentrated with sugar, not good for sugar sensitive people. They were a spike for me, had to eat the whole bag or box, needed them in this and that. Just keep staying connected and doing 1 step @ a time. It's great that your here.
