The cranberries might be a trigger food for you, just something to consider,

which may be

helpful. Dried Fruit was a spike for me.

Bob, You are right. Raisins were a spike for me. Your on step #1, breakfast with protein within one hour of waking up is the

right step at this

time. Later in the program dried fruit raisons, cranberries, figs, etc are

concentrated with

sugar, not good for sugar sensitive people. They were a spike for me, had to

eat the whole

bag or box, needed them in this and that.

 

Just keep staying connected and doing 1 step @ a time. It's great that your

here.
