Guest guest Posted May 1, 2006 Report Share Posted May 1, 2006 Today for breakfast I tried something new (ok, so technically I tried this once before, but it's still sorta new LOL). I cooked my oats before putting them in my shake. Normally, I put raw oats in, but a lot of time the bottom of my shake ends up pretty gritty, and I don't know how much of the oats I end up eating because of that. And I know shakes don't hold me as long as real food, so I thought I'd give cooked oats a try! So I used almond milk, two scoops of George's Restore, maybe 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, fish oil, and then, a cup of oatmeal (I cooled it in the freezer). Well the verdict is I like it!
