Food So Far Today

Hi wanted to post more food (protein) today.

 

 

Breakfast: 3 Scrambled Eggs, 2 slices of whole wheat toast, & Cottage Cheese 1/2

cup.

 

 

Lunch: 2 Corn Tortillas (heated them up on the stove), with refried beans,

shredded cheese,

lettuce, cilantro, & some shredded Whole Wheat cereal (sounds gross cereal with

tacos, but it

works for me)

 

Snacked on 4 Brazil Nuts (Yum)

 

Dinner (pending): Planning on Some Amy's Veggy Chili with some soy nuts on the

side along

with brown rice too.

 

I've also been drinking lot's & lots of water....
