Hi Heather,

 

I use Naturade NRG and soy milk with flavorings:

 

I really like the carob powder and decaf crystals, it's one of my favorites.

 

I also use oats (gonna try em cooked- thanx!), skin on apple and cinnamon

 

maple flavoring and walnuts

 

unsweetened coconut milk (or flavoring), lime, a little water or extra

soy milk to make it thinner and ice. I just tried this yesterday- it was

really good

 

sweet potato or pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg

 

carob powder and peanut butter

 

carob powder and frozen raspberries or blueberries

 

carob powder and touch of peppermint flavoring

 

I've used baking cocoa when my protein powder was sweet- like the carob

more in my unsweetened shake.
