Guest guest
Hi all, Just introducing myself to the group. I was a vegetarian for many years, then slipped back into junk/fast food, sugar, Starbucks, etc. about five years ago. I found the program three months ago, and have breakfast down solid. I would like to gradually transition back to the veg lifestyle. (Note the word ***gradually*** is very new to my life. My usual method would have been nothing but brown rice and plain tofu, then back to McDonalds after a day or two...) So, my first question is: What is RR trail mix? My second question is: how can I get back to this GRADUALLY? Breakfasts have been the shake with a banana. I find this works really well. Now, what about lunch? Thanks in advance, Celeste
Guest guest
Hi Celeste, I’ll let Bob talk about the trail mix, I think he’s the one that first mentioned it . Well transitioning to anything so big is definitely done best slowly, so yay fo ryou for already getting that! My suggestion would be to just do baby steps. If you have breakfast down, and feel ready, move onto step 2 and start journaling. Transitioning to veggie meals, well, best to wait and talk about that later like step 3 . Welcome!!
