Guest guest
Hi y'all, I haven't posted for a long, long time but I've been reading almost every post. Right now I'm getting solid with step 3. After adding meat to my diet as a way to get enough protein, I decided to go back to an almost vegetarian diet. I'm eating fish, eggs or diary only occasionally and if there is no other choice (usually when eating out). I feel so much better and i find it a lot easier to stick with the program. I have also detected what grains and proteins just don't work for me. Millet, for instance, is exactly as a white to me. Almost the same thing happens with seitan: I fall asleep right after eating it! Oh, I love love being were I am now! And I cannot say that I can't wait to get to radiance because, you know what? I'm learning to wait! Greetings from cold, windy Buenos Aires, Agustina
Guest guest
Hi Agustina, glad you are talking with us now! How neat you’re able to hear the messages your body says about what does and doesn’t work for it. And you know, you already sound radiant <grin>. I’m glad you are here.
