Guest guest
It's pretty simple to work with, Bob. You could probably eat it raw if you wanted to, so it's just a matter of getting it as hot as the rest of your food. So, I like to sautee it and drench it in hot sauce for a " Buffalo style " meal, or bake it into a pot pie, or mix it with rice and spinach and microwave it at work. Pretty much the same things you'd do with tofu, I guess. , " Bob " <yogabob7 wrote: > > > Jim, > > I've never cooked seitan how do you work with it?? > > Bob
Guest guest
JIm, A couple of years ago think we had it at a friends house for Thanksgiving. My thought was it was bland. My DW is into real moist turkey so she was not a happy camper and my DD (alot like me) thought " it's protein " & good for you.... Think your right I'll try spicing it up giving it some life ( " bam " ) & will try it out this weekend.... Thank you, Bob , " Jim Ansaldo " <johnny.quest wrote: > > It's pretty simple to work with, Bob. Guest guest
Yah, if you want juicy, you definitely have to cook it in some juice I don't think it's any more bland than tofu, and I like the texture much better. , " Bob " <yogabob7 wrote: > > JIm, > > A couple of years ago think we had it at a friends house for Thanksgiving.
