Guest guest
please add tempeh, it's one of my favorites, and i believe 22g prot per serving. (i like the 3-grain kind best) seitan smart dogs tofurkey (i love the oven roasted slices on sandwiches) soy crumbles (boca & morningstar have kinds) california burgers soy yogurt - unsweetened soy milk - unsweetened also for variantions on theme: red rice, black rice (i think japonica, but i may be mistaken), red lentils, french lentils, black lentils, pidgeon peas, black gram beans, mung beans, cranberry beans, etc. seaweeds are also rich in protein. can you tell I'm vegan?, LOL. ~Tina
Guest guest
Tina, would you be able to get us some protein count on these items? Then I can add them to the list. I’ll also post the list here in the files section for everyone’s reference.
