Traveling 6/4-6/14

Hi All,

 

I'm going to be traveling from 6/4-6/14. As alway's looking for new Veggy Food

W/

Protein.

 

Doing work for a company which needs help implementing a new distribution plan.

People have invested their entire life savings and distribution has been hurting

their

chances of success. So feel like I'm trying to do a good thing here, kind

of..... I try to

stay in good shape so that the impact of trips like this don't impact me as

much. I'm not

taking my laptop it's just too heavy w/too many stops. I will have my

blackberry

( " crackberry " ), but am not sure how to connect to the web with it?

 

Below is my travel schedule, without the work details, & including my extra BE

raising

plans.

 

Los Angeles through Sunday Morning to LAX. (Pranayama, " yogic breathing " )

 

Cleveland Sunday Afternoon (Meditation & lot's of extra water).

 

Columbus Monday and Tuesday. (Astanga Yoga @ " Yoga On High Street " , really nice

place)

 

Buffalo & Niagra Falls Wednesday (Meditation by the Falls would be neat)

 

Long Island ( " Lowng Islaand " ) Thursday (Lap Swiming Somewhere?)

 

Brooklyn Friday (Kundalini Yoga & walking 3 Border collies, with VERY different

personalities)

 

Manhattan Saturday ( " Yoga Sutra " , this place is devine, I really like this

place!!!)

 

Manhattan Sunday (No Yoga rather Art, Art, Art, & More Art)

 

Allentown Monday. (Lazy Yoga & Pehaps Jacuzzi, need to find a hotel)

 

Back to JFK & CA on Tuesday. (lot's of water & sleep)

Whew, Bob, I wish I had *your* frequent flier miles, LOL!!! Sounds

like you have a great self-care plan in place. Safe travels!
