Guest guest
With the holidays just around the corner Silk Nog should be showing up on our grocer shelves soon. Oh, man, love that stuff! Anne, if you'd like to try it, look in Hy-Vee...or ask the dairy manager. The Hy-Vee here in Carroll carried it last year, I think they began stocking it right around Thanksgiving. Guest guest
Well I would say you *can* use the milks as proteins, but healing will be greater with dense proteins . So vegetarians *should* go for other sources. And I really appreciate your thoroughness in getting all the protein amounts possible!
