Guest guest
Sharon, The lentil soup was my brown... Your right Trader Joes has such wonderful products. Last summer stayed for 3 months in Philly and the Trader Joe's was truly my Life Line. Made food for 3 day's at a time, stayed on the program, and saved the company which I was consulting for a ton of money (averaged $4-6/day in food). Most restaurants charge so much for food and only provide a little protein. Sometimes I wonder if a RR Friendly Veggy Restaurant would make it? Most likely would only be supported by very smart people that " see the light " , perhaps close to a medical facility?
