Guest guest Posted June 27, 2006 Report Share Posted June 27, 2006 I felt like cooking yeasterday and made a stock pot full of Bob's Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix. It's so good with fresh Potatoes, Onions, and a few small carrots. I also made some Long Grain Basmati Rice as well, for a side dish. What I do for a complete meal is portion pack the soup and rice. When I'm ready add about 8oz of Extra Firm Tofu, some hot sauce and heat in a microwave for apx 2Min. It's a real good healthy meal and I always feel sustained and full after eating. Not quite sure why I was craving soup out when it's 95 degrees, but who cares, I need my food and don't care what other people think. Have a Great Evening.
