Had a good lunch today @ P.F. Changs. Had the Budda's Feast Steamed Veggy's

with added

Tofu. Also ordered Brown Rice. Felt good knowing that I could sustain the

program while

eating out, ever feel that way???

Hope everyone is doing well. I was invited to a company BBQ (tis the season),

will either

bring my own food or pass on going (LOL).

Bob, I have had that dish, but it was

pre-program, and I didn’t know to ask for Brown Rice, very cool!!

And yes, I too love knowing which

restaurants around me are program friendly. I have a whole “arsenal”

of places near my work, and a separate group near my home. It’s nice

knowing there are safe place out there so I can just enjoy the company I’m

with and not worry about the food. I have a favorite Indian place and a

favorite Mexican place near work. Or sometimes I mix and match foods in the

food court. At home there is a Lebanese place and a Persian Kabob place that

both have brown rice. It’s like a treasure hunt sometimes finding

places, what fun!

Heather,

That’s very cool that places near

you have brown rice. What are they so I can see if they

have anything similar near me?

One place is called Lebanese Village,

one place is called Kabob

Palace. If you can’t

find one near you, we can always meet for dinner down by me :)
