forgot to mention in last post.

Instructions for oat milk, incase anyone interested. Got from magazine

article: Fill a large jug wih one-third oats and two-thirds water. Mix,

and leave overnight. The next morning, sieve the mixture and you will

be left with a milky liquid.

 

Hope this is helpful. I thought so.

Thanks as always for your kind responses to my message.

With regards to the oat milk recipe I posted; not sure how long it

keeps. I would guess it is around 4 days as normal, if u plan to make

alot to stock in fridge and not just amount as specified for use on

day. And yes, I assume it is whole rolled oats, just as u buy for your

home made George's Shake.
