Guest guest
forgot to mention in last post. Instructions for oat milk, incase anyone interested. Got from magazine article: Fill a large jug wih one-third oats and two-thirds water. Mix, and leave overnight. The next morning, sieve the mixture and you will be left with a milky liquid. Hope this is helpful. I thought so. Irenie

Guest guest
Irene, That sounds really good. How long does it hold up for? Does it have to go into the fridge? Bob
Guest guest
Thanks as always for your kind responses to my message. With regards to the oat milk recipe I posted; not sure how long it keeps. I would guess it is around 4 days as normal, if u plan to make alot to stock in fridge and not just amount as specified for use on day. And yes, I assume it is whole rolled oats, just as u buy for your home made George's Shake. Glad it insighted interest and hope I have been helpful. Best wishes, I r e n i e (with i e on end- sake of pronounciation) , " Bob " <yogabob7 wrote: > > Irene, > > That sounds really good. How long does it hold up for?
