This is a little tricky at first but gets easier over time. Heather put together a Great File with the protein content of veggy food. Having been a Vegetarian for 5+ years on the RR program, the whole process gets so much easier. There is less weighing and counting when portion sizes become habit. Once these habits are established they are what they are and become a way of life. One of the reasons why this program works is due to it being about healing once and for all. It's not about control or endurance it's plain and simple = recovery. It's so cool to be free from Ice Cream, Snickers, Cotton Candy, Oreo's and not having to think twice about it. I've mentioned a few times before on the Forum that I'd rather eat sawdust or leaves then food with sugar in it as theres no recovery from it. Anyone can do this program and it lasts a lifetime.
