Guest guest
Agustina, Right, Brown Rice is a Brown. Your protein sources garbanzo's and lentils sound really good and there are so many ways to make them taste good, which are lots of fun too. Could you provide a little more detail about soy products from Buenos Aires, sounds interesting? I just love lentil soup in winter and lentil salad when the weather is warmer). I also found some very good whey protein powder. I try to avoid soy, since I am not very sure what I'm putting into my body when I eat it. > > Greetings from damp, misty Buenos Aires, > > Agustina > Yeah that sounds good. I've done that, combine proteins like chicken and cheese. So I could eat beans and rice, with ezekial bread as my carb? And the beans and rice would be the protein? >
Guest guest
Thanks for the links on protein! I am never worried about protein for my self, as I know there is enough in most other foods besides meat. I am more concerned for my son as I read infants and children need more protein than adults since they are growing so rapidly. So its great to be aware of the higher protein options for him. , " wwjd " <jtwigg wrote: > > There is protein in most all veggies, grains, fruit, nuts and seeds.
