POT LUCK MEALS - Heather

Heather,

 

Thank you so much, your dish was a huge success. The cilantro and lime gave the

dish, a

real yummy flavor that make it fun. Imagine that you made about 20 people happy

in

Southern California and you live back east, that is so cool.

I wanted to try this recipe, but I'm lost without

quantities. I just don't have that cook's knack of

knowing the right proportions.

 

Can you provide some suggestions for making about 4

servings?
