Guest guest
Lisa, Welcome to the RR Veggy Group. Really enjoyed reading your story. You would like to have more veggy meals, easy to understand. There are some excellent recipes in the RR Cookbook, which are very fun. Also understand you need to take it easy with dairy and soy products, several folks are in the same boat... What step of the program are you on and would you mind sharing some of the veggy meals with the list that you are working into the program. Nice to have you here. Guest guest
Hey, Bob. I've been doing the food for a little over 5 years, and have been steady on Step 7 for years. However, I always find myself refining my program, and lately I've been into really working and getting better with Step 2. I am having more fun with my journal than ever before, and am enjoying instead of fighting it. Thanks for asking. I did experiment recently with a meal of lentils that came pre- packaged with some spices and cooking instructions. They turned out yucky and very uninspiring. I'll have to dig into my RR cookbook again - I forgot there were vegetarian options in there. I imagine there are some good recipes in the online RR recipes, as well.
